  • Cambios

Para ser elegible para un cambio, el artículo debe estar sin uso, en las mismas condiciones en que se recibió y realizarlo antes de transcurridos los 7 días de recibida la compra. También debe estar con la caja o bolsa original. Podrás intercambiarlo por un producto de igual o similar valor. En caso que el valor sea inferior, se efectuará un boucher sin vencimiento para que puedas usarlo en otro momento.​

  • Envío

Para enviar tu compra, podés hacerlo como recomendación por correo Andreani a la dirección previamente acordada por mensaje. El comprador será responsable de pagar los gastos de envío para el envio de su artículo. Los gastos de envío no son reembolsables. También podés coordinar para entregarlo personalmente en el pick up point de Belgrano. Los riesgos vinculados al envío del producto serán a cargo de "el Usuario" remitente, quien deberá enviarlos de forma segura y con las garantías necesarias para que el producto a cambiar llegue en perfecto estado de conservación.

  • Exchanges

  • Shipping
